TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan
Our take: TD’s top-tier chequing plan bundles unlimited transactions, no TD ATM fees anywhere in the world, and an annual fee rebate on select TD credit cards — but at $30.95 a month, it only pays off if you can keep $6,000 in the account to get the fee waived, or genuinely use the bundled perks.

- Our review
TD’s All-Inclusive Banking Plan is built for people who want to stop thinking about transaction limits and ATM fees entirely. Unlimited transactions, no TD fees at any ATM in the world, and a rebate on one of six TD credit cards’ annual fees are the headline perks — but the $30.95 monthly fee is real unless you keep $6,000 in the account every single day of the month. This is a review of the plan on its own merits, not a recommendation that everyone needs it.

The $6,000 waiver does not make this account free. It changes what it costs from $371 a year to about $144 — because that $6,000 earns nothing sitting in a chequing account.
The waiver is the better of the two options here. You would need to tie up close to $15,475 before paying the $30.95 outright became cheaper. But it is not the same as a free account.
There is a third option this comparison makes visible: a chequing account with no monthly fee at all, with the $6,000 kept in savings instead. That costs nothing and earns the $144.
Which is right depends on whether you would keep that $6,000 idle anyway. If it is a buffer you never touch and never intended to invest, the waiver costs you little in practice. If you are stretching to hit the minimum, or that money could be working, the real cost is the full $144 — and a no-fee account is the better answer. Real annual cost is the lower of the annual fee and the interest given up on the balance needed to waive it. The 2.40% comparison rate is the highest rate available with no conditions among the savings accounts we track, checked September 17, 2026. Run your own numbers →

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan cost?
The monthly fee is $30.95 ($22.45 for seniors 60 and older), waived if you maintain an end-of-day balance of $6,000 or more every day of the month.
What happens if my balance drops below $6,000 during the month?
The fee waiver requires the $6,000 minimum to be held at the end of every day of the month. If your balance drops below that even once, the monthly fee applies in full for that statement period.
Does the All-Inclusive Banking Plan charge ATM fees?
No TD-imposed fees apply at non-TD ATMs in Canada or at foreign ATMs anywhere in the world, though the ATM operator itself may still charge its own fee.
Which TD credit cards qualify for the annual fee rebate?
The rebate applies to one of six select TD credit cards; TD’s own account page lists the current eligible cards, so confirm which ones qualify before assuming a specific card is included.
Is my money protected in a TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan account?
TD states deposits may be insurable by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), within CDIC limits.
