The MBNA Rewards Platinum Plus Mastercard is the no-fee, no-income-minimum entry point into MBNA’s Rewards points program — the same program used by the premium MBNA Rewards World Elite Mastercard, though the two cards earn and are structured differently. New cardholders get 4 points per dollar on grocery, restaurant, digital media, membership, and utility purchases for the first 90 days, then 2 points per dollar ongoing, on up to $10,000 in combined annual spend.
