The PC Insiders World Elite Mastercard is PC Financial’s premium grocery-focused card, launched in late 2023 as a paid tier above the long-standing no-fee PC World Elite Mastercard. It earns PC Optimum points at elevated rates at Loblaw-family grocery banners and Shoppers Drug Mart, and bundles in a complimentary PC Express Pass (normally $99.99/year on its own) for grocery delivery and pickup. Reward rates and the welcome offer on this card have changed more than once since launch, so treat the specifics below as a starting point and confirm current terms directly on pcfinancial.ca before applying.
