Canadian Credit Card Welcome Offers This Week
Every live sign-up bonus on a card we review, valued the same way and sorted by what it is worth — with the minimum spend, the annual fee, and the end date where the issuer publishes one.
Short answer: The most valuable welcome offer on a Canadian personal card right now is the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Card at about $2,000 by our valuation, but it carries a $599 annual fee and a $12,000 / 180 days spend requirement. On mainstream cards, the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card and CIBC Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card lead at about $1,000 each with the $139 fee rebated in year one, and the biggest offer with no annual fee at all is the CIBC Aeroplan Visa Card ($200). Three offers end within the next 30 days — see the Ending soon list.Values use MoneyMint’s point valuations · Figures checked Sep 22, 2026

Common Questions
Which Credit Card Has the Biggest Welcome Bonus in Canada Right Now?
As of September 22, 2026, the most valuable welcome offer on a Canadian personal card is the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Card, worth about $2,000 by MoneyMint’s valuation, though it carries a $599 annual fee and requires $12,000 in spending within 180 days. Among mainstream cards, the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card and CIBC Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card lead at roughly $1,000 each, with the $139 annual fee rebated in the first year.
What Is the Best No-Annual-Fee Credit Card Welcome Offer in Canada?
In our table, the largest welcome bonus on a card with no annual fee is the CIBC Aeroplan Visa Card, worth about $200 by MoneyMint’s valuation. No-fee offers are smaller than premium-card offers, but there is no fee to recover, so the full bonus is yours to keep.
How Do You Calculate the Value of a Welcome Bonus?
Cash bonuses are counted at face value. Points bonuses are converted to dollars using MoneyMint’s own point valuations (for example, Aeroplan at 2.0 cents per point and Scene+ at 1.0 cent), which you can see on our points value calculator. The value shown is the bonus alone; the annual fee is listed separately, with first-year waivers or rebates noted, so you can judge the net benefit for yourself.
How Often Are These Welcome Offers Updated?
Every offer is checked at least weekly against the issuer’s own page, and the date of the last check is shown at the top of the page. The countdowns update daily. If an offer passes its published end date before we have re-verified it, the table marks it “Ended — being verified” rather than showing it as live.
Can I Get a Welcome Bonus if I Have Had the Card Before?
Usually not. Most Canadian issuers limit welcome bonuses to new cardholders, and some, including American Express, exclude anyone who has previously held the card or, in some cases, any card in the same family. Look-back periods and exclusions vary by issuer and by offer, so read the offer terms before applying.
How We Value an Offer
Points are converted to dollars using MoneyMint’s own point valuations — the same ones behind the MoneyMint Score (full list on our points value calculator); cash back is counted at face value. A first-year fee waiver or rebate is counted as value and tagged in the fee column; the ongoing annual fee is never netted out, so a big bonus on a $599 card still shows the $599.
Minimum spend is the issuer’s stated requirement to earn the first tier of the bonus; where the full bonus needs more, the full figure is shown in brackets. “See terms” means the bonus is tiered or conditional in a way that does not reduce to one number.
How This Page Stays Current
An automated check reads the issuer page of every offer with a published end date each morning, and sweeps every card we review on a five-week rotation each Monday. When a change is confirmed, the card record is updated and this table is regenerated in the same pass.
American Express pages cannot be read automatically, so Amex rows show the date a person last checked them in a browser.
Offers change without notice and issuers may end them early. Always confirm the current terms on the issuer’s application page before applying. MoneyMint may earn a commission if you apply through some links on this site; that does not affect how offers are valued or ranked. This page is general information, not financial advice.
